Volunteer

Volunteers are the driving force of the 2014 International Tai Chi Chuan Symposium.  Without volunteers, the Symposium cannot happen.

For the Symposium we need both planning and Symposium-time volunteers to participate in a wide variety of jobs.  No matter your interests or skill sets, there is a volunteer position for you.

PLANNING VOLUNTEER

Planning volunteers are the ones that get the job done.

As a planning volunteer your responsibility will be to lead or be a member of a committee tasked with the responsibility of planning and implementing various components of the 2014 International Tai Chi Chuan Symposium.

In the months leading up to the Symposium, you will be responsible for creating and delivering the vision of the event and along the way meeting some terrific people and having some great fun!

We need planning volunteers right away, so if you’re enthusiastic and passionate about Tai Chi Chuan and the Symposium, here is your opportunity to get involved.

SYMPOSIUM-TIME VOLUNTEER

From administrative support to providing transportation to and from the airport to assisting the Masters to registration of attendees and aiding attendees new to the area in finding their way around, the 2014 International Tai Chi Chuan Symposium has a wide variety of volunteer positions that are sure to suit your interests.  We need volunteers with all types of skill sets.  There is a position to suit any potential volunteer.

We are striving to ensure Symposium-time volunteers are able to participate in Symposium activities.  The larger our volunteer corps, the better we will be able to make that happen.

And as a special thanks to our volunteers, there will be a Volunteer Appreciation Breakfast with the five Masters on Saturday, July 12 at the Seelbach Hotel.
